Furthermore, we always provide our customers with a tracking number in order to check the status of their package!
After your order is confirmed, we will try to ship your package either the same business day, or the next one!
If we are about to have any delay with our shipping procedure due to low stock or any other factor, we will inform our customers beforehand
We use a courier service. (ELTA courier and their affiliates)
The charges are as follows:
for Greece free shipping regardless of the charged amount,
for Cyprus the fee is 10 euros and free shipping for charges over 250 euros,
for European Union 25 euros and free shipping for charges over 250 euros,
and for the rest of Europe, America and Canada, the fee is 40 euros (there is a case that the amount may fluctuate due to customs charges. Of course, there will always be a conversation and an agreement in advance with the customer)
The delivery times from the moment we hand the package to the courier are:
for Greece 1-3 working days
for Cyprus 3-5 working days
for European Union 5-7 working days
for rest of Europe 7-10 working days (for outside Europe, for example America the delivery time might be longer)
The above times are indicative and there are always exceptions to the rule, for example in some hard to reach and remote areas delivery times may be subject to variation.
Any product can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive it.
Only custom orders are excluded from the return policy because legally they belong to a whole different category of artwork.
As soon as we receive the returned product, you will immediately get a full refund for your purchase.
The shipping costs of the returned product is the only and sole charge of the customer.
